How the Window Got Its Spot (Part 2): The Nose-Art ๐ŸŽจ๐Ÿ‘ƒ๐Ÿพโœจ

The Cat dipped his paw into the butter. He pressed it against the glass. *Squish.* ๐Ÿพ

A perfect paw-print appeared! It was greasy. It was glorious. It caught the light and shone like a star. โœจ

But the Cat was not finished. He pressed his nose against the pane. *Snoot.* ๐Ÿ‘ƒ

Now there was a paw-print and a nose-print. The window was no longer invisible. It had character. It had texture.

The Man-thing walked in. "Oh no! Who smudged the glass?" ๐Ÿงผ๐Ÿ˜ซ

He tried to clean it. But the cat just made more spots. He made spots high upโ€”using the **Cloud Step Climber**โ€”and spots low down.

Finally, the Man-thing gave up. "Fine," he said. "It is art." ๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ

And that, O Best Beloved, is why every window has a smudge at exactly cat-eye-level. It is there to warn the birds that the air is hard, and to remind the Man-thing who really owns the view. ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿ‘‘
